Having a string trio play at your wedding makes for a wonderful live music experience, elevating the excitement of such a special and unique day. Everyone loves the extra touch of music played live, and stringed instruments, being acoustic, really enhance the ‘live’ sound in a way that amplified instruments cannot always do. At the start of the wedding, it makes a perfect ice breaker as well as completely fitting the formal start to the day.

Liquid Strings trios are highly trained professional musicians who can provide a great live soundtrack to your event and bring a sophisticated touch to any occasion. They combine busy programmes of performance, orchestral and chamber concerts and provide musical entertainment for weddings, as well as corporate events and private parties. Several years experience playing in wedding string trios mean that they are always able to make the most of the three instruments. That’s either two violins and a cello, or violin, viola and cello. Both combinations work really well.

String Trios for Parties

We’ve provided string trios for numerous parties in London, Surrey, Kent and other surrounding areas. In a smaller party, a string trio can be a bit more intimate than a quartet and will create a fun and lively atmosphere with a variety of classical, jazz and pop songs. Whether the party is in your home or a private venue that you’ve hired, the live strings will be highly effective in bringing the event to life and making your guests feel at ease and more celebratory. Some of our clients have said that it was the live string trio that made the party complete and brought all the different aspects of the event together.

Live string trio music played by professional musicians of an extremely high standard will be the best possible start to the party. We recommend around 2 – 3 hours of the strings. After that, you may be having a DJ or a band or playing your own playlist. However, to really energise and entertain your guests, hire a string trio from us. Guests love to recognise famous tunes played in an unfamiliar format and that’s what we specialise in.

String Trios for Corporate Events

Having a string trio as corporate entertainment (for example background music in a drinks reception) is a sophisticated option and works superbly in certain venues and types of event. Formal networking events, for example, will benefit from a live string trio.

We’ve covered corporate events in venues such as City Hall, One Great George and The Mayfair Hotel in London. This was usually because the number of guests made a smaller group of musicians more viable and so we suggested a string trio in these cases.
