Violin and Cello Duo
A string duo is a musically intimate pairing of two stringed instruments, usually violin and cello. It is very easy to fit in almost any venue and can quickly move between rooms if your event requires. It’s best for short events and ceremonies of weddings as the repertoire is smaller than for trio or quartet. It can also work for small corporate receptions, as pleasant background music.
The Players
Liquid Strings duo musicians have busy working lives, employing their talents in a variety of settings. As well as providing fantastic live music for weddings, corporate events and private parties, they perform regularly in London’s top venues. All of our players have studied in the top music conservatories in the UK and abroad. We’ve provided string duos for events in venues like Nonsuch Mansion, Pembroke Lodge, The Ritz Hotel and Brocket Hall, to name a few.
