Electric String Trio
This is a stylish female string trio comprising 2 violins and a double bass. Duos, quartets and quintets can also be provided if required. Sophisticated and versatile, they are available to perform on both acoustic and electric instruments.
A fine electric string group, they trained at London’s finest music conservatories and fuse classical instruments with pop and jazz styles. Diverse repertoire ranging from Bach to the Black Eyed Peas is available. The trio arrange all repertoire themselves creating original versions of well known music.
An electric string group is not the same as an acoustic one. The sound is louder and has more of an impact and unlike an acoustic group, can be controlled and manipulated by a sound engineer. So as guests are talking more loudly, the electric string group can be made to be louder and so still heard but not preventing your guests from talking freely. This way the music never gets lost.
Clients have included Her Majesty The Queen, The Duchess of Cambridge, The National Theatre, Wembley Stadium, The Grosvenor House Hotel and Jamie Oliver. They have also shared the stage with Jools Holland and have performed at the legendary jazz club Ronnie Scotts.
