Now is the time of year to start preparing for Christmas parties - especially a Christmas Office Party.

Live Xmas music can really bring a party to life. And maybe you want to go all out Xmas cheese with all the classics - Last Christmas, Slade Merry Christmas Everybody etc. So you may want a DJ who can play a load of Christmas songs from various decades and read the atmosphere in the room (in the way no playlist can).

Or maybe you'd like something a bit more stylish like our Christmas Jazz Band featured in the video in today's Xmas post. A cool jazz band playing festive tunes and dressed to the nines can really add a touch of flair and elegance to the proceedings. Music brings a smile and lifts the spirits - something that we think is quite useful at this time of year with the upcoming onset of January and darkest winter. Alongside superb canapes, mulled wine or festive cocktails, not to mention an amazing venue, live Xmas music is the much-needed brandy in the Christmas cake. The spice and atmosphere that brings it all together.

We also have our Gospel Choir singing very cool versions of carols and other acts. Maybe keep it simple with a solo piano player. But we still love jazz - it's a genre that fits perfectly with Xmas tunes.
